My journey on board
Raised on a farm in Lower Austria, my professional path first took me through financial administration, sales and team leadership before I moved into tourism. I gained extensive experience in guest relations in international hotels and later aboard AIDA BLU. For many years, I have worked as a Cruise Director on European rivers. This unusual career path combines organisational talent, strong communication skills, resilience and a genuine understanding of people.

Excursion presentations and sales. A visible host and reliable link between guests, crew and the travel programme. Complaint management.
Organisation
Daily programmes, excursion management, cooperation with agencies, port information, crisis management during high or low water, and liaison with authorities.
Destination talks
Engaging information about regions, cities, history and highlights along the route. Route announcements. Talks on special sections of the itinerary.
